I just realized that my FW High Elf team needs a character that can influence the turn meter. I have Fencer and Adjudicator to choose from. Who will help my team go further in FW? Do I need to try and get Elfguard? She's the best at influencing the turn meter.
I'd be inclined to say none of them, though it would help to see your available High Elves.
It's a bit boring of a strategy but the usual play is wait for Arbiter and let her carry that faction.
I made it to stage 6 with Elhain and 3 Heiresses. Couldn't go further. The last enemy had health 1 pixel wide. My whole team pounded him over and over but he wouldn't die. He had 2 buffs. When they disappeared, he restored them. This went on forever. So I researched how to beat FW and learned you need characters with certain skills including someone who can manipulate the turn meter. Both Fencer and Adjudicator can do that. With either one I can do stage 6. Including Elfguard there are 3 options. At least one needs to be on the team. Waiting for Arbiter is not a solution because that's months away. I'll just use what I have and try to get Elfguard later if I have to.
Don't worry about levelling those characters - just be patient, you'll soon get much stronger champions who can help you beat that FW. :)
I'm with what Fathertron said. feel free to gear those champs out if you have the spare silver, but I wouldnt be ranking them up.
