Raid has gone from consistently releasing fusion champions a week before they start to now 2 of the last 3 being delayed. This is going off of the assumption that we are getting a normal halloween fusion next Thursday but just last week Raid was saying they plan on giving information about events and stuff more consistently in advance.

This is also a very important fusion for a lot of people to know about in advance because if it is good then it sucks to pull voids on this 2x weekend even though it is a 10x chance which may be needed for fusion or silver and energy/gems working towards a Wukong soul. This feels like a very deliberate decision that goes against what they have just said about being more open.
