There is one champ that does this kinda. Lydia's Death Hold passive.
Denies enemy revive attempts. This works even if this Champion is dead. If this Champion is alive when an enemy revive is denied, revives all dead allies with 50% HP and 50% Turn Meter. Grants an Extra Turn instead if there are no dead allies. If this Champion is dead when an enemy revive is denied, revives this Champion with 50% HP and 50% Turn Meter. This skill will ignore [Block Revive].
It is on a 9turn CD or 7turn book.
But she is extremely hard to get as that you have to 3* the entire Faction War.
Not sure about that one in this meta. I'd argue we need more quality block revive options, actually.
Given how common revivers are and how very uncommon block revive - especially quality - champions are, I'm not sure there needs to be ways to weaken block revive as a mechanic/answer to a fairly grindy Arena format.

Agreed. Block Revive would be an easy option to buff power crept nukers too, rather than introducing a bunch of new champs with it.
