Arena is the primary place and they can reasonably go on any champion type.  Primarily they're used for support / reviver champs but some nukers can get away wearing them as well, particularly those that already have a self buff or ignore defense in their kit.  Hephraak is a good example.

I have mine on Ursula to make a go 2nd team. They kill my entire team and I rez them all back again with 50% turn meter.  If you have one champion that can blow up the entire other team like Hephraak mentioned above, he might be worth the option. I don't think you will have a ton of luck with that though because even though Heph can buff himself he cannot debuff the other side. 

Or you can be like me, and build your entire team with Stoneskin and Lightning Cage, and laugh as they do nothing and you wipe out their team thereafter :)

True but I doublt this person has everything needed to make that work. 

For Tag, two teams - first is Hephraak + Nogdar (not in stoneskin) + Ramantu + Gaius, second is Kimi + Inithwe + Kymar + Shazar. For Live, usually Ramantu + Hephraak + Nogdar + Gaius + Kymar.

How's Nodgar working for you in LA?  Seems like it could be fun.

Can stoneskin have value in Hydra?  I keep collecting stoneskin and rarely using it.
