After you have ascended a champion their stars change from Yellow to Pink. For each Pink star on a Champion you can use corresponding Souls to give them red stars in the Awaken tab on your screenshot. So you have to have that champion to give them the soul after you have ascended them. I don't see any Crowns at the bottom of your souls so you have none of those champions.

Id say just hold them all except the rare for now.  Better to have and not need.  1000% hang on to the Seer soul.

Does the blessing part in the champions has anything to do with the soul stones?

Yeah. You can only give them blessings if they are awakened through use of their corresponding soul.

when you have both a champion and a matching soul, go to the awaken tab in the altar of souls. once you've used the soul to awaken the champion, you'll be able to select a blessing for them.

One thing I'll add is I think we should be careful in just using every soul we get. Trying to turn middling epics and legendaries (and almost every rare) into a better champion with souls is going to yield diminishing returns versus just awakening PvP and critical PvE champions. 

I think you can separate those two arguments, Thorne. I've never sold a soul I could have used to awaken someone I had at 60, even if I had no real intent to ever use that champ. However, I've sold plenty of souls of champs that I happen to have, but who I have no intention of ever leveling.

i've just seen so many folks post rosters where they have really mid/meh epics or rares with 3*+ blessings that they'd be better off getting the coins back for. 

you're also definitely not the target market for that disclaimer/warning. :) you're going to be much better at gauging champion value in the short and long term than the average player will.

Is Teshada a mid/meh champion? She is my strongest one so far and most valuable 😅

Wukong, Artak, Apothecary, Demytha are better. 

You also most likely do not need a second Apo...but you should bring your champions to level 60, making them 6*. They are much stronger than at 5*

A good way would be to look on Youtube for some beginners advice video....

But Teshada can actually revive champions(she is my only champion that can do that) and she has reached 27.259 power! 

I mean Demytha is also great but she is so low on power. I dont know why. 

I have two Apo because they last very long on battles(especially on 60lvl) due to the selfhealing and they are very useful to my other players too!

Revivers are important and you'll continue to use her until you get a decent one. But the other champs mentioned above will be with you long after she is discarded.

Admittedly, I'd forgotten that they reworked Teshada. Her new kit is better, definitely, but you get Scyl for free, and she's just flat-out better and from the same faction.
