I am trying to figure challenge 10.8 out. Any suggestions on how to get an ATK Champion to have 75% C. Rate and 150% C. Dmg? I can't seem to get one even close.

Just going to be a matter of finding the best possible builds you can, though being able to equip crit rate or damage gloves and a crit damage amulet will make things a lot easier. Especially if those pieces are at least 5*.
have you tried searching through your gear with the filters, trying to find pieces with crit damage and or crit rate substats?
