I noticed this Hydra rotation that when Rector Drath heals, her veil isn't going up. I think this is because the HP restore resolves after her heal, but before the check if the targets are at full health to place the veil.
Has anyone else noticed this, and is curing set working as intended?

Appears you are correct, OP. Curing set + Drath don't jive against destroyed HP.

Is this considered a bug? Seems like an unintended side-effect of changing the skill.
There's a trend on these forums of accounts with zero topics creating a new topic here that is a copy-paste of one from Reddit. Sorry. Just raised some alarms :) But bots never respond, so you're clearly not one ... unless you are, in which case, you win this one :p
As for whether it's considered a bug? I'll let @harleQuinn or @dthorne04 or @ShortOnSkillz answer that. My guess is yes, but I'm guessing it's a low-priority one, so I wouldn't hold your breath.
