According skill desciption it inflicting 4% MAX Boss HP bonus damage when attacking Bosses.
But when I attack Clan Boss with MAX HP 194.13M it inflict only 58730 damage.
It's defenetly NOT a 4%. It is 0.03%.
Where is mistake?

strange that you saw that on warmaster and not on poison (that should be much easier to apply and take note of) ...
2.5% is 10k, 5% is 20k on easy CB sine that is the limit.
the higher boss lvl, the higher limit (afaik 50k is max you can apply in single hit).
58730 looks like it is weaken effect on top of that 50k limit (weaken do not apply bonus to poison dmg - hard limit on 50k)
I saw about poison, it was highlited in skill description, but do not noticed that it has mention as well about any skills do damage based on MAX HP.
Actually, if it would be "round" number as well as poison 30000, 40000 and so on, I would guess about limitation, but such numbers as 60098 or 58730 ...
