I'm level 53, if I buy the beginner progression pack, will I receive all of the gifts for that pack? Even though I'm past the level for what's offered in that pack? Also the same for the veteran progression pack?

Also on achievements, I dont do Facebook so that's a achievement I will never be able to get ie. (link your Facebook account) achievement.  I do have Google though, is there any way to have that as a either or with a Google account?, Instead of just Facebook?

You will receive all the previous rewards from leveling yes. 

there was topic about that already. due to possibility to use bronze / silver / gold tokens for upgrade even from the beginning it wouldn't be easy to calculate what you should get after reset.
