no you cant, cause the community managers dont work here anymore. you see all those topics full of questions being unanswered ? why do you think they would answer here.
and this champion is not the only worthless legendary. there has to be crap even among the rare ones, so that even when u get one, u wont be satisfied and try to get more ^^
