Sun wukong will be availed fron shards when the login event is over.

for ninja, mithrala etc that will never be available from shards, go to the empower window and somewhere it will show you which champions substitute for each.  I forget who I used for ninja

I dont have ninja, i just used them as an example

How much longer is Sun Wukong up as an event? because he is still listed in the can't be summoned from shards.

October 23rd. So much like prior login champs that become pullable after, he won't be able to be empowered until then. 

if you go to the guardian ring, empowerment tab and hit the "i" button at the top of the page you can see how to empower all champs that can't be pulled from shards.

Tend to agree. The cases where it makes sense are few and far between and (usually) require being able to +2 a champ or better.
