So ... basically, in-line with sacred shards, yeah? Given that the "best" price point for sacreds is about $5, and the "average" price point is probably closer to 6-7$?

From what I've seen, the mythic shards are priced a bit more. From the packs I've seen they're priced around 8-10$. So they're more expensive then sacred shards, harder to get (you can get sacred shards from login rewards and campaign), and have terrible odds for getting the special champions that they claim to be for.

Terrible being "Greater than zero" sounds to be about in-line with what I would expect. What were you expecting to see?

I suppose there's an argument to be made that the shards shouldn't be able to return rare champs, but at the end of the day, I don't particularly care if whales want to spend their money on these.

I think ALord is right on point. This is a cash grab to say the least. If you're going to offer a new type of champion, why not do the login over time like you did with Rhonda and Sun Wukong. At the very least the primal shard should be equal to the sacred shard. I'm not spending a dime on this.

Well I mean, they did post in their news a 2x was coming. Personally I'm waiting until AT LEAST then. :D

All my shards I've ever opened have been free, I don't know what everyone else is talking about with prices and such. Just a little confused over here. 

On the one hand it's incredibly low chances to get a mythical champ from the expensive shards. 

On the other hand? The odds are published, and you don't have to buy them.

If someone wants to spend 5k (the price of a holiday) getting a single mythic champ then they are welcome to it in my mind

Why? Trunda is just "okay" now. There are tons of better champs for just about everything she does. As for Demytha, outside of a CB team she doesn't really have much of a role.
