Akemtum still applies set debuffs with passive?

I got akemtum recently and i heard he can stun freeze etc with his passive, as long as he is using the given set.

I heard brogni was like that at the beginning but they fixed it. Did they fix akemtum yet or does it still work?

Even if he could, I doubt it would warrant using him for that role. Unlike Brogni, Akemtum's passive requires the enemy to be debuffed, which is significantly harder to pull off when the debuffs in question are placed by Akemtum himself.

Doesnt work with other poisoners as long as the target has hex?

Sure it does, but what team are you planning on making which involves having another poisoner AND another hexer, ontop of him? I just don't really see what scenario you would be in, where you have the enemy debuffed with hexes and poisons AND Akemtum is CC'ed.

Planing to use him and taurus together for FC. Have hakkhorne for health and block debuff/cleanse, frenzi for provoke and hpburn and the 5th one i still dont know, perhaps lorica cuz i dont have anything better i think

Team seems fine, just not sure why you care about him being CC'ed in that case? Seems unlikely that he will be, given you have Hakkorn.
