What is the trigger for this reward to pop up, that includes energy, appreciation pack or however its called.
It popping up in shop seems so random to me, i know it should be every other day.
Yesterday i go the other one which didnt include energy, so today i did all the dailies, been online for all rewards, and still nothing 😁
It's 3 times a week. So two days, two days, then 3 days.

If you mean how do you get it to pop up, usually just going back into the bastion will have it show up. If it's after reset try relogging and see if it comes up after that.
This still seems too random to me, ive been playing for hour and a half now in the morning, closed the game and opened it up again, checked the shop multiple times...have done both dailies and advanced quests, and then at some random moment it popped up.
Seemingly it has been active for nearly 3 hours now but it just doesnt show up in game, on time, like the problem at hand is, sure i got it now, but what about people who actually wont get it cause they dont play as much and miss out on it, simply because game gives out that daily reward whenever it feels like it.
