If you mean Live Arena then they could be late getting into it, could be someone who's run a lot of campaign as well, etc.

dont worry plarium told us 6 months ago it would even its self out, just give it another 5 years.

I meaaaaaaaaaan there's always going to be people getting into it so this is never really going to end in a points based tier system.

perhaps one day folks will stop getting hung up on level as the end all, be all of metrics but probably a better chance I become Prime Minister of Canada :)

I mean, I'm about 1500 rating in live arena, largely because I just don't play enough to go up or down significantly. Every so often I do a fight or two, and then lose rating for inactivity. So ... case-in-point I guess?

my point was ur lvl 100 theres only so much imbalance u can face :P just think of us poor lvl 80s who are pitched against the same quaility of players you are.

I'm just not sure I agree. Empowerment + blessings changed the game quite a bit in that regard. And there is a very, very wide range of what level 100s have in terms of gear, champs, blessings, etc. I can tell you from my own experience that my quality of arena champs, gear, and so forth when I hit level 100 was just terrible. But even more than that my issue was what a lot of folks I face in the 1900 Live Arena range because I'm lazy: knowledge. 

I remember asking someone in one of these threads a while back who was bemoaning their lack of champs/nukers about Ronda and I more or less got waved off despite the fact that Ronda is a very good nuker. Stuff like that happens a lot, I feel.

That's not to say that it's the main catalyst for Live Arena/PvP problems some players face, but it's a significant one.

sure blessing etc can make a huge difference and i absolutely agree knowledge is probably the number 1 tool out of anything for live arena, knowing what to take against certain comps etc, but all in all it will usually always end in the same scenario for the lower level vs the 100 + and thats that they are at a disadvantage, if its blessings/great hall bonuses/gear/what champions they own , you would always rightly assume the level 100 + is going to be more advanced in virtually every single one of those areas compared to the lower level, which again only works out to a disadvantage and unfair fight, the only way a lower level could even balance out such a disadvantage would be to spend, and im not just talking buy a monthly gem pack, you'd have to spend an insane amount of money to put a level 80 on the same quaility level as the level 100. 

This 100% .. i barely touched live arena , because id rather do other stuff in game or simply play other games . by the time i get into it , i will probably have a bigger roster to pick from , better gear , etc and im still in the lowest of low in bronze rank ..

i dont disagree there will always be a level 100 sitting at bottom of ranks due to inactivity, and sure when he starts playing he has to work his way up like everyone else, but it still doesnt make much sense we see such an imbalance between matchups consistently, i pushed from b5 to s2 and i honestly dont see any difference to the amount of level 100s im put against between these rankings at all.
