im really starting to think he has a higher chance of landing peril in a DT hard floor, attempted floor 106 around 20 times now, sometimes im hitting him as little as 1-2 times and he perils every single time without fail, does he have a higher chance of landing peril on dt hard? because this really does not feel like a 20% chance.

It seems he always lands on me as well. A very frustrating level in DT. I haven't done the calculations, but I'm thinking I'm so much faster that by the time he gets a turn most of my champs have had (on average may) 1.5 turns, and many of those aoe. So by the time he gets a turn he's been hit multiple times, with multiple times to activate perils. Now if there's 2 Mortu, it's very unlikey that at least one of them will not have it activated all the time.

i fully get that he has multiple chances to proc that peril, but hes landing it virtually every time, there is no way the DT hard floor mortus are sat at a 20% chance of landing peril, i believe they increased his peril chance, which is wrong it should be stated if they did. i could actually do it if just 1 of them periled me, but both peril without fail every single time.

Not sure but I would think so. Block passive should block fiery rage, which unlocks peril. And block active should block peril itself.

No. But Block Passive Skills should (though I'm guessing you don't have Ramantu).
Still - you're looking at this fight the wrong way. As with just about any other top-floor waves, the goal is to never give them a chance to act. Think of it this way - instead of Mortu if that were Siphi, you'd be just as dead, just in a different way.

iv tried ccing the crap out of him, guessing i need something better than a 1 turn stun/provoke which i dont have.
