As the title says I wonder why they don't do more common and uncommon champions. Why have the rarity if you're not going to make new champs. Dwarfs, shadowkin and Sylvan watchers al have no commons. Sylvan watchers even has no uncommons .
I would guess that it has to do with the maturity of the game. Most players are well beyond using common and uncommon champions. They quickly just become fodder for better champions. Even if you are just doing a minor reskin on a champion to make a new one they still need to put in code to do all of the calculations and make sure the champion is ballanced. It just isn't worth the effort and it adds bloat to the game. Best to spend resources elsewhere with developers and the like.
theres probably 1 or 2 uncommons in the game people actually use, so i guess its just not worth the effort for them, and i understand what ur saying Sylvan faction has no commons or uncommons but how many people have used a tier 1 and 2 champion for fw before? probably not many.
