you can but its often a thread thats edited later to put phising link in them from what i can understand , some sort of spam or bot or scam similar to the spam threads this forums get , for more info id ask the mods , they seems to be really good at spotting and stopping those threads !

If I'd known then pulling shards shamelessly were set up like this, I'd never have played...

Absolutely fine, but in this case Lyryal has the right of it. There's a pattern to it in which a brand new forum account will post something directly pulled from Reddit, editing in a phishing link later on.
