I have been hot so many times by your spam bot for not spamming chat. It is out of control.

I just got hit by it for talking about a 20+ year old movie, and now Im chat banned until the literal end of the year. Yeah i put in several tickets to get unbanned but that can take days or weeks to happen, why am i being punished because you cant control your own chat bot.

I am sick and tired of it. I took a 2 year break because of your spam bot and now i know why people just up and quit the game. If they can't chat and joke around with the friends they made in chat for weeks or months on end why should they bother playing the game.

Also chat banned means you cant even chat with your clan, so now clan stuff cant even be talked about, all because your spam bot is out of control, and you refuse to do anything about it. 

Sure make events that require people to spend money but ignore quality of life improvements to the game.
