Mithrala - Fast + Tanky + High Accuracy.  Preferably in Immunity gear for cleaning in arena.

250 speed / 3k def / 40k HP / 500 Acc

Gnut - Fast + Crit Capped + Accuracy.  Preferably in Relentless if you're able. 

220 speed / 4k def / 220CD / Accuracy for the content you're running.

Just as a rough idea for Stat Lines.  Obviously more is better and customize to the content you need.

If I cant hit all of those stats, which should I priortize?

Probably speed and accuracy for Mithrala.  Same for Gnut really if you wanna focus on Hydra.  Going fast there and DT is very important.

im looking at removing some CR for accuracy and Cdmg ... but is this a proper way to gear mithrala ? For general use .. i use her in pvp , hydra , fw and for some dungeons ...

3. that's it, that's how you build mithrala

speed and accuracy are really the only two stats you care about when building mithrala. the only others that matter at all are hp and defense and while you don't want to neglect those, they are very much of secondary importance. resistance isn't very important thanks to her passive while attack, crit rate, and crit damage are worse than useless.
