aim for main spider only bring champion that can hit single target

1 reviver scryl can go

1 remove debuff

use drexer also to land hp burn use only a1 attacks on main spider

run manual if you need 

all attack on main spider

 if you can 1 shoot kill  mini spiders

if spider survive it heals main spider

Also to note - Ninja's AOE freeze (if booked to 100%) is very useful here but you have to target a small spider with it not the main one.

Having checked,  do you mean nether or frost?
