There's two approaches for this stage:
1) Run a team full of TM controllers. I did this for a while, running Rhazin, Roric, Vlad, and 2x Kymar. Cycled cooldowns beteen the three TM controllers and Kymar's reset. This was a huge pain though, and I definitely don't recommend it if you can avoid it.
2) Run a team that can survive against those Rotoses. This is more reliable, but not necessarily easy. It helps to be able to control the Siphi(s) so that you don't need to worry about the speed up / block debuffs. UDK helps a bunch here.
Post your roster and I can see if I can give more specific advice.

this is the Valks/Martyrs/Angar stage... (Yes..DThorne04)
Kimiiiiiiii
Overall, my vote for your DTH team on basically every rotation is going to be:
Kimi + Pythion + BEK + Skarg + Maulie - because that's my go-to comp. But Maulie can be swapped out for anyone with a reliable provoke. For you, that would be the giant turtle.
But man. Your roster is stacked. There are a million team comps that would work.
harima, ma'shalled, uugo, warlord, and you can play around with the fifth based on whether you want more offense, more cc, or more support.
so this may be a gear thing... but this didnt work so well for me. I added Gnishak for the bomb/poisons.
who should I be thrying to kill first? Valyk? Angor? Martyr?

gnishak isn't a great choice here due to affinity disadvantage. floor 94 is so spirit heavy that he's practically guaranteed to get a weak hit or three on each of his attacks which isn't great for any champion, but particularly bad for a debuffer. even harima might not be the best option here, but i use her in my dt team so i'm somewhat biased towards her. if damage is the way you're trying to go, i'd suggest ragash since he brings an extra cc ability as well.
you definitely want to take out the valks first. her passive can get her through the turn cycle ridiculously fast so she's the hardest champ to keep locked down.
regarding your other question, BEK=bad-el-kazar.

Thank you.
ok, so i am 27 minutes into a manual fight with Kimi in the lead with Pythion, Yumeko, Krisk (aka giant turtle =0) ) and Gnut...
long, slow, but i am holding my own and not close to getting beat. yet. on wave 2
