Clan leader MIA?
Does Plarium/Raid have a mechanism in place to remove a clan leader who doesn't check in for a while (let's say 30 days), and automatically promote a random team member as a new leader?

they do. if the clan leader goes 21 days without logging in to the game, they get automatically demoted to a deputy and the highest level active deputy will be promoted to leader (or the one who has been in the clan the longest in the event of a tie). if the clan has no active deputies, one of the soldiers will be promoted based on the same criteria.
