Extremely unlikely.

There's several problems with the team idea. For starters, Sir Nick has a 2-turn duration unkillable buff with a 4-turn cooldown, which mean you're not protected for the stun. You would need to get him to use the move twice each rotation, which is really difficult to pull off even in a perfect setup, since you would need to somehow have him not only cycle his moves properly, but also make sure that he's protected himself too.

Next off, Nia is *extremely* unreliable in what she does. Yeah the A2 is great on paper, but practically speaking there's no guarantee she'll use it on the correct target, so you simply can't rely on it to build any practical rotation.

And lastly, your team has no block debuffs, which means you'd need to rely on someone absorbing the stun, which, given the rest of your team, would almost certainly need to be FB, as everyone else is doing important things. And with FB stunned her damage output drops to practically zero.

Most teams built around a champ like Sir Nick rely on other people like Maneater to set up practical rotations, or on champs like Seeker to cheat extra turns.

Kram pretty much nailed it.  Nic alone can't really get you a true UK team.  You can use him for the UKs on the AOEs and find a way to tank the stun, but youd still need a way to handle debuffs.
