PLARIUM!! fix your shit. this is going on for months now and it seems still not broken to you?
i tried 3 times only 1 succeeded.
but she eventually fell off because she really didnt like the way the game was being handled.
They won`t fix it, `cause this is intended. They caught us with the offer to provide them with new players in exchange for some benefits. They`ve got what they wanted and simply don`t give a damn about fulfilling their debt of the contract.
Support won`t give you any answer, once in a while a Mod will post something like " I`ll take care of this, send me more informations". This is proven bs, as you can see following other threads.

Hello guys! From what I know the referral link won't work if a person referred already had the game installed once before. If this is not the case, please provide me your in-game IDs and I'll ask support to look into it.
ok. lets say i can recover these id's because, none of my referred friends are playing anymore.
the one that worked got to 30. but didnt want to invest time and money to do good when the return was feeling like trash.
but. 2 out of 3 didnt work, and 1 was above 10 and 1 was above 20.
1 person installed it but he didnt use the link, which was wrong. so i helped him to redo it.
the other account was me. i made it to test the link myself on my pc. which also didnt work.
(i made my main on my phone)
so. helping me isnt the issue here, it's customers satisfaction. if everything went alright i might have spended on my second account.
and my nephew, the other person. stopped because of all this shit going on. his money was better spend elsewhere.
i could try and find/collect these id's but it not worth it really. but it would be nice if things worked as advertised.
and i may have mentioned their ingame usernames already. but here they are again:
