I have Artak (50), and Ronda (60) too. I can soon level up a guy for 60 - but whom?

What do you mean by "Roster"?

roster is another term for your champion collection. without knowing who you already have—both overall and already ranked up to 60—it's hard to give accurate advice. post a screenshot with all of your champs.

Likely Artak. He is very strong and can be used in a wide array of content, even before you book his skills.

But yeah, as Carpe states above, a screenshot of your roster would let me give you more reliable advice. :)
