Question about a couple of mechanics.

#1. On Fenax's A2 the way I read it is that if the Block Buffs doesn't land then a Block Active Skills should be applied.... but, I am not seeing that happen. Often times nothing happens. I assume this is due to resistance? I still need to overcome resistance to have either land?

#2. With Destroy gear that that persist through resurections or does it reset if I kill someone and the get revived? I don't want to throw a ton of silver into this gear if I have to time it correctly.

#1 I assume that you stil need accuracy to place the Block active skills. Here you can see a picture after my Fenax did 1 A2...it seems to work

#2 Destroy sets reduce the max HP of targets, it does not prevent targets to be resurrected but it actually keeps the target at the reduced state. Be careful that some bosses do not actually revive like the spider. But the destroy set for example works on Ice Golem. You see the destroyed max HP on the right minion after being revived
