Well you purchase immortal and mortal soul stones, and you have a whole area in game that has your champions , and soul stones, and soul coins , where you can awaken a champion, but what happens if you accidentally awaken a champion that is not any good in game and is really worthless and even if you awakened the champion a common  champ can wipe the floor with it, and since there is an area to awaken there should be an area to unawaken champions to at least get soul coins in return , because palarium isn't going to give you soul stones in return. And there is a wish list 

2x but there needs to be a block list for repeatedly received items that allows you to not to get straight up ripped off, especially when the cost is so expensive for the packages, a bit more even keel, fair, it's hard enough to get legendary and epics with shards and already really expensive, soulstones should be way cheaper than champions , they should be just like artifacts , where adjustments can be made like unawakening a champion, and a way to add either soul coins or combine soulstones to make different levels and skills and the blessings should be an extra bonus not the only difference as to the strength and uses of these really expensive soulstones...

The soulstones area of usage is limited on actions , and it only works one way , and it should be an area where it's like a soulstones work shop where things can be done and undone to champions , and if there is a meager 2x chance wish list there needs to be at least a limit to each product received , nobody needs 200 1-6 star items for a single a champion repeatedly, there should be limits placed on excess repeats, of same item especially since the cost is not cheap, the soulstones pulls are like the green uncommon mystery shard pulls with the repeated common and uncommon and very less often a rare,  so why isn't the soulstones either  less expensive like green shards, that give you tons of repeats of same commons like warboy, or  pikeman or swordsman etc on repeat in the hundreds... A limit needs to be placed and the process of awakening needs to be able to be reversed and , there hould be better ideas like joining mortal and immortal soul stones and coins to make champions more customizable and there needs to be more blessings, instead of like 16 for multiple hundreds of champions.
