Not sure if it's just me as everyone on youtube seems to be praising it, but overall, I feel like the animation is pretty poor in comparison to other artwork for the game, the stories are... childish(?) with one dimensional characters and overall I feel like it cheapens the brand (which I know that Plarium cares nothing about) https://9apps.ooo/ .

Is there something I'm missing? I'm an older fellow, but I have watched and enjoyed animations in the past so I don't think it's that. I enjoyed the bit of story they had in the campaign but the animation doesn't really mesh well with that style. Are they really that loved or is it just bots and fans singing the animation praises?
