Have done a number of green dragon runs today level 4, the vast majority of drops were blue 5.  No 6 star equipment whatsoever, no mythical equipment. Pretty much the same as running dragon 20, but 2 -3 times as long to do. To my mind equipment should be at Epic every run, after all it's meant to be super hard and should be rewarded accordingly. 

 Would have got a lot more higher grade gear doing 50 dragon 20 runs rather than the new "end game content" giving early game equipment.
