Where's the promo code in the game? It's gone. I did find something and tried a new player code that had always worked for my alt accounts. But it said new players only. So this must have changed. 😢
You mean the link to enter promo codes? It's disabled on iOS. Instead you enter it right here on the forums. You can see the link as the blue button on the left of this page.

It IS for new players. You can't have had Raid on that device before, under that email, AND the account must be under either 48 or 72 hours old.

I cannot type anything in the in-game promo code box. Keyboard doesn't registar like i don't have one. I cannot use the chat feature either. P.S. I am a new player. 5 days old. No clue on why the keyboard doesn't respond. The blue box on the left works, but keeps saying I have to be on IOS or I am not a new player-expired I guess already. Honestly I have no idea why your particular Chromebook isn't allowing you to type in the codes or chat. Sorry.

Turn on your accessibility keyboard. RAID won't register the keyboard on my chromebook either
