Too general of a question. For something like Hydra, I'd say probably Dreng. For solo farming though, I'd argue that Tyrant is better. For DTH, my vote would be Skarg. For bosskilling like CB, probably Ninja.
Agree with Kram. There are quite a few now with HP burn and they all specialize in different areas.

My favorite is Teumesia. I find her way better than Dreng personally in most scenarios (except maybe Ice Golem).
