As a side note, I think it's silly from Plarium to take the decision out of the Clan leader's hands.
Yeah, have them post in any chat channel and send them an invite from there by clicking on their profile. The clan leader CAN invite back whomever they wish in this manner and it will work.
Once you have kicked a player from your clan they can't just search up the clan and rejoin. They must be actually invited by the Clan Leader (rather than open join or have an application accepted by even a deputy) and I'm sure you can envision why this is a necessary thing.
Its really hard to find a person when so much channel it is. Should be nice a character searching panel as Clan searching. And sould be nice too, clan member personal chat window for communicate clan leader for members.
