The only way to get Ronda right now is to start a new account. Then you are guaranteed to pull her on your 5th blue shard. Existing accounts cannot get her in any way.

Si soy nuevo jugador había un  beneficio que por utilizar 15 fragmentos antiguos te daban a ronda pero el 2 de mayo lo quitaron antes, faltaban 2 semanas para que termine dicho evento y ahora me preocupa ya que si lo solucionan ya no me considerare jugador nuevo y no podre acceder a dicho beneficio 😥 

Bueno, no se exactamente que evento es este. Pero HarleQuinn esta diciendo que el soporte de Plarium ya esta al tanto del problema y van a responder a todos los jugadores una vez que lo tengan resuelto. Asi que es normal que se esten demorando un poco.
