She's still in there. Look, the drop rates for rare champions in campaign is fairly low. I think the average rate goes something like this:

Normal: 0.5%,

Hard: 1%

Brutal 1.5%

Nightmare: 2%

So as you can see if you have a 1% chance in Hard (as the runs you seem ta have done), at a rate of 4 per day, you would need on average about 50 days for just one Warmaiden to drop (because the rare you get could be Berserker or Warmaiden). And with a bit of bad luck, it could take you much longer. My advice is, if you really need her, farm it non-stop until you get her. A full day of energy in there, i'm pretty sure you'll get her, maybe even multiole copies. But ya, about 100 runs in HArd, you should get a rare, hopefully Warmaiden :P

Bear in mind she (and beserker) is old school Raid champ, for that same effort you could do better. I have tried her a few times, eventually tossed her aside.  She has no aura which is a detract.

Arena has some good ones left but are giving way to Ronda.

I've never liked Warmaiden. Plenty of other defence down champs out there. People say she's easy to skill up through farming deadlands, but I thought it was inefficient, and frankly by the time you do get her fully skilled up you will almost certainly have got an epic that is much better in terms of stats and skills and more useful. IMO Warmaiden can be good for the first couple of weeks of starting Raid, but after that she'll gather dust in storage. 

I'm just keeping her for FW.  So far she's the only DEC DEF Brbarian I have.  It's unfortunate because other than that, Barbarians are one of my stronger factions.

Edit: I also have Fatman, but she's more reliable. IMHO

I literally just started a F2P account and got her on it. I think for new accounts shes just a static encounter, I cant seem to get her either on my main for FW

running brutal 12-3 i seem to get a rare for every 800-1000 energy used.

Well, I started this thread in December (sheesh doesn't seem that long ago), its July and I still haven't been able to be graced by the maiden's presence.  I wonder what I did to offend her?  I'm guessing I'll pull her when I barely need her any more.  So frustrated, but as my pappy used to say 'that's the way the cookie crumbles'

There are plenty of epics with great defence break skills who easily replace her in anything except the Doom tower secret room for rares, and frankly she's not necessary there either. 

Thanks Fathertron, I think it got to the point where the obsession wasn't so much getting her because she would add greatly to my team (that was true in the beginning but I've come aways since then ... lol), but just getting her because she was so elusive. 

Note how I speak in the past tense ... *giggle* ... the little lady made her way to my camp finally.  While this excites me, I have to admit, I am a bit underwhelmed. 

And I just noticed that I didn't start this thread in Dec., that's when I joined the forum apparently, So I had been hunting her since late April ... three months of beat-down and now she drops when she isn't the most useful for me.  But still ... I GOT HER!!  lol

Gratz!  Perseverance always wins in the end.  Even though it's crazy you were unlucky for that long.
