You've got your priorities wrong. Your number one priority should be getting top chest in UNM. That is by far the biggest source of progression, bar none.

Your current team is pretty good overall, so I'm not sure why you're unable to get that top UNM chest. Have you tuned it properly?

how's your progress in other areas? i'll second what krama said about unm cb, but overall hydra comes pretty close to the bottom of the priority ladder.

in regard to cb, vogoth is bringing absolutely nothing to your team. replace him with a dps champion.

Vogoth brings Leech - though, I suppose perhaps he could replace him with with Yannica or Deliana, if he has the lego books.

leech is an excellent way to keep your team alive without dedicating a slot to a healer, but when your team runs bad-el and brogni it's really not needed.

Agreed. Also think in general Vogoth is a very underwhelming CB champ.

As for DPS I see Ronda, but I wouldn't mind seeing the rest of the roster. 

Fair enough. But either way, the team as-is should be more than enough to easily 1-key NM, and likely 3-key UNM - so the problem isn't the team, it's likely the gear and tuning.

And yes,  gear is def the issue for me.  I'll get stats up for the cb team once I'm home. The last time I had asked for help on here i was struggling to 2 key NM and I've tweaked the cb roster and improved gear somewhat since then,  so I've improved,  but there's likely something I'm doing wrong.

Okay, so without even needing to think about this, I can already tell you that Toragi is too slow. You need him to be faster than Brogni, so that Brogni can be last to act and put his shield up on turn 2, to block both the speed down and the stun.

Aside from that, everyone looks *very* squishy. If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say you're probably dying pretty early on. Try to look at your runs and see who dies first, and make that person tankier, then repeat until everyone lasts until at least turn 35, preferrably over turn 40.

And, needless to say, put your stats into deadwoodjedi and ensure that the tune is proper, and that your auto-ai settings are correctly set.

So I had found a page on hellhades about stats for CB and it had said to go for a DEF of 3000 or higher for nightmare, when you say squishy do you mean that the def should be a lot higher?

No, the DEF levels are pretty decent. But they are way too low in HP - specifically, BEK and Fatman. Again, watch your runs carefully, and see when they die. My guess is it is too early.

And, as mentioned, your tune is off.

Just to show that you nailed the issue, it seems that Bad and Toragi can't survive past about turn 27-28, and the others make it to about 33-34. Thanks for the help on this, this site is awesome thanks to guys like you
