After reading through your wall of text, I have summed up your entire argument into a single sentence.
“You think Plarium is the worst because there customer support doesn’t respond.”
My counter argument is are they really the worst?
What if someone did respond to you by saying HELLO, MY NAME IS PEGGY.
What if you were transferred to 7 different departments in a circle ultimately leading back to PEGGY.
Peggy response to you with “Glad, we could help you. Have a nice day.”
I think you would have change of heart in calling Plarium the worst.
What if a compromise was set in motion.
Would you settle with Plarium Customer Support going from the “worst” to “not so cool”?
