I have Kallia up to 6 star fully ascended and max masteries that brings my ACC up to 315. Yet the Superheated Hammer A1 (that allegedly has 30% chance HP Burn) Rarely hits. From campaign mobs to lvl 95 Frost spider I can't get the HP burn to stick to save my life. What am I missing here?
Frost Spider has amazing resistance for one. I believe 120 Hard has 580 resistance. Normal is much easier at 180 resistance, although the little spiderlings remove those HP burn debuffs.
As far as an ability with only 30% chance to land, you'll see it miss a lot. Sometimes infuriatingly so.
I used to have a lot of Hydra runs ruined by champs with 55% chance to land Provoke miss it on 2 hits before Hydra could go, with another backup champ having a 35% chance going 3 additional hits. All I would have needed on those runs is ONE of them to land, but nope.
