I never had a problem finding 3 star hereos until a fusion became a Mission. Now all of a sudden I am spending over 1000 energy and STILL unable to obtain the necessary heroes? Wtf Raid! Does the drop rate become non-existent as soon as you need these heroes?? So mad...
RNG is a cruel mistress. Hopefully you land them soon from a drop or a shard.
I know it feels like this is the case but RNG is RNG. When you actually "need" something it never seems to drop.
I'm assuming you are working through the Arbiter questline. If so, here's some advice. Look ahead and start saving the resources you'll need down the line now (potions, arena gold bars, a 5* champion from each affinity that you can boost to 6*, etc.). Trust me... it will save you some frustration down the line.
