I am not really STUCK..its more like..i cant get my run timer lower than 4:40. So its not very efficient

Why do you farm stage 21? It's neither efficent in matters of time/tournament points, nore tournament points/energy. Do stage 20 instead. The better drop chance of stage 21 does not justifiy the higher energy cost, I think stage 24 is the next step that is worth farming, because of the better chance for 6* gear. But even that gives less tournament points/energy than 20.

I never changed my low budget team that could beat FK consitently first, because they need only 2:10 in stage 20. Only one legendary, and that is the free champ Visix: Deacon (lead), Visix, Coldheart, Armiger, Magnarr (wave clearer).

Its because, in my current setup. I do 20 at 7min and 21 at 430

That's obviously, because the damage dealer Shemnath is weak in stage 20 and will take longer to kill the waves.

That said, your whole strategy is not fast at all. Letting the FK get turns and bring the shield down again and again with counterattacks from Valkyrie works, but it's not fast. Holding the shield down once it's depleted takes less moves. Also, Coldhearts Heartseeker is not capped at stage 20. In stage 21 and higher, enemy max hp attacks are capped at 10%, at stage 20, they are not. Coldheart with 200% crit damage in stage 20 deals 30% of the FK health with one shot. You are not using her right now, but you should definetly build her, one of the best FK champs in the game. 4 hits on the A1 to bring the shield down, 100% tm reduce and enemy max hp damage on the A3.

Oh didnt notice it was capped after 20. CH is relatively new in my roster, so i didnt have the time or resources to lvl her up yet. Think if i use 2 would be ideal?

Also, how would i config her a3 for auto?

If 2 Coldhearts in the team are ideal, depends on the rest of your team. She is not very good at clearing the waves, her A2 is an AoE attack, but it does not hit very hard. Time you win at the boss may get lost in stage 1 and 2. Maybe you should try out one of them first, something like Venus (decrease def, weaken), Coldheart, Ruella, Skullcrown (wave clearer), Elva (aura lead, healer) could work.
