I got the Wanderer. In his review you can read: He along with 3 other Rare champions are fused together to obtain either Umetogi, Masamoto, Visionary or Broodlord. 

Now whith conditions are there for doing the fusion? Level 30, 3 * and increasing base values? 

And can I choose the other champs?
