While the champion looks amazing, I just feel he is very underwhlming for a legendary, especially one from a new age faction. Mainly his A3 CD seems high and his overall scaling modifiers seem rather low for champions that can do sililar things. While Taunt is amazing in its own right, an has great usage, the fact it takes up a turn an his modifiers are so low, he just doesnt do enough for his rarity. So while he might be welcomed to new players on a lucky pull, he's just not worth it late game. 

I just feel with some tuning and reducing his A3 by one turn would really give him a decent boost to be worth his rarity and investment. I may be a lil bias in this thinking, I just find his overall design and kit so appealing, just not as rewarding as I think it could be. Maybe even add a reflec dmg to his passive when He Himself loses 10% or more max HP. I feel just that lil addition would make up for a lot with his kit taking a turn to buff him and the longer CD.
