how the hell did you calculate the clan boss reward for a player, because I can't figure out the average of shards drop in clan boss, you're kidding

well i'll see if i can shed some light on the situation. what exactly would you like explained in regard to rng?
You should really start to actually track your CB rewards if you have that much doubt. It could just be a case of you not remembering, or clicking the claim button too fast to see your rewards occassionally.
Regardless, there is no stealth nerf, Plarium is not stealing your CB drops. You either have had some rough statistical RNG, or you're misremembering your drops.

I'm sure I'm doing my own statistics to know if I have a chance to summon or not to be able to save for cvc, but, I still beat the respective bosses every day and I receive a sacred shard in almost 2 months, no legendary cards at all, all I got out were from DT, according to my math there should be at least 4 sacred shards per month per player, not per clan

there is no "per player" drop rate. all drop rates represent the average pulls across the entirety of the playerbase. a legendary tome, for example, has a ~10% chance to drop from a transcendant chest, but that doesn't mean that each individual player will get one tome for every ten chests that they open. it means that if you looked at the total number of transcendant chests opened over the course of a month, roughly one in ten would have contained a lego tome. some individual players would recieve more lego tomes than would be expected, some will be bang on the average and some will unfortunately recieve fewer or even none. that would be the "Random" aspect of rng at play.

if there is no chance for each individual player, then these chances are non-existent, a big joke to every Raid player, because each of us invests and only "some" have the chance

well, actually Krama is right...
and if you played for 4 years, I am sure you experienced some periods of bad rng already. Yes, the last months have been very bad for me as well...until 4 days ago and I got 4 sacred in the last 4 days...
It is RNG...and the best thing somebody can give you is probability numbers, but no fixed numbers...
What sort of damage are you getting on the different CB levels?
running CB 4-6 daily with about 120 million damage (Fu-Myth), occasionally stopping at about 50 millions damage with green CB
