Her A3 states 'removes all buffs from all allies and enemies, then attacks all enemies'
Usually this sort of thing requires accuracy v's resistance, or this cannot be resisted, but in oposing arena teams I've never seen her A3 not strip all buffs - including stoneskin
Am I right in thinking this is one you can't resist?

Removing buffs from your team requires none, just to be unneccesarily clear. :)

As a small bit of additional information Seer does benefit from the Increase Accuracy buff as the buff strip is checked before the damage is calculated.
also worth noting that she will strip protected buffs from your champions, but not from your opponents.
