The answer is likely it is far easier to change the description than the programming logic. 

 I agree as well... it kind of sucks. I'm lucky enough to have dupe Acrizia's that I run in my main Hydra team.  

Correct me if I'm wrong though, nothing actually changed with the quest. Hasn't it always been like this? They are just changing the description to more clearly state the way the quest has always been. 

I normally run 3 Elite quest / week, so I haven't run this Expert quest in a while.  

I definitely used 18 different champs but it only counted 15, it's not adding up the score in nightmare doom tower to complete the mission, it's now not adding artefacts sold to complete a clan quest.

It's crazy how many problems the game has in adding things up.

I can supply a new calculator if it helps.

I'm not sure, I don't think it means you can't use two copies of duchess, e.g. as they are both unique. It stated something about  rotations being in effect...

I believe it is referring to using, say the same team twice, across hydra rotations, but within the same clan quest rotation.

I certainly hope that's the case. If so, I retract my complaint.

I believe Angwil is correct here.
