I’ve played many other games like RAID and have had to deal with other companies like Plarium. Plarium has to be by far the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Well, truth is I wouldn’t know because they never answer. I have 4 tickets open and they haven’t reply to any.

 Plarium, please respond or I will be contacting apple and my credit card company for refunds over this Foli event. I have done over 850 runs in the spiders den and opened countless shards. It seem to me that treefeller has been turned off on my account to keep me spending. Plarium seems to be a very underhanded company
