Dungeons 20+

Hey guys!

I was finally able to beat Dragon and Ice Golem 20, and make a reasonably fast enough (dragon around 2:15 on average, Ice Golem 2:30) farm team in the last 2 weeks. My question is: is it worth it to push further stage 20, or I'm okay for now? FK and Spider are off the table, cause I don't have the champs for'em, but myabe I could push forward in Dragon and Golem. I just want to ask if it is worth it

The tl;dr is "maybe".

You're relatively new, which doubtless means you need a *huge* amount of food for leveling champs. I personally have something in the range of like 150 level 60 champs, and I only recently finally ran out of things worth leveling.

Being able to solo farm dungeons is a *very* good way of being able to combine the constant need for food, with the need to get new items as well. I highly recommend you prioritize that ASAP. The sooner you can get a solo dungeon farmer going, the sooner you can absolutely turbocharge your account progression.

But until that happens - technically you're better off doing dungeon 23 or 24, instead of 20. But only if you can both *guarantee* that you never fail a run, and are also able to complete the run at the higher difficulty without also making it substantially slower. For example, if you can do 20 in two minutes, but it takes you six minutes to do 23, then you should just stick to 20.

It totally depends on whether you can run 24 as quickly and reliably and whether you are an ftp with energy running out.

If the later dungeons are slower and not 100% success farm 20 for now. Some argue that 20 is still better than 25 due to the energy requirements.

Based on your 20 times, i think stay on 20 for now.

Good luck!

Actually I will work on my solo Dragon when I can do a good FK team, because I have Teodor, but he still needs some reading to do, and he needs that regen set bad, so it's not an immediate thing unfortunately.

Also the maybe is because of the force affinity stages... My main weapon is posion with Teo and Venomage, and if Venomage weak hits, then less poisona and no def down and atk down for the boss.

So I'll stick to stage 20 in both for now. Thanks for the tips guys!

Coming back with the topic. I made my runs, and turns out I could go up to stage 24 dragon quite well. Stage 24 seems risky at the moment, some of my champs went low on health during 2nd wave, but stage 23 seems comfortable. And the nice thing is that because my main source of damage is posion, it scales with the levels of enemies, so my runtime is roughly the same as stage 20, around the 2 min - 2:10 mark. With this tested out, is stage 23 worth the more energy than 20, or just stick to stage 20?

Depends on how much time it takes. 23 is better than 20 if the run is consistent, and not too much slower, as I mentioned in my original comment :)

Then I go with 23. Seems consistent, but I will need more runs to see it. My time is the same as the stage 20 run, around 2 min

Just keep in mind that for events and tournaments, stage 20 seems to have the best "points to energy" ratio
as long as you’re just farming points.

Not sure about the Hard Mode Dungeons yet. I feel like the increased 6* and Legendary artifacts + the chance of getting Mythical drops might be worth the 4 extra energy per run.

I’m farming Spider in Hard Mode now for the Tournament. Over aabout 100 runs I’ve pulled (2) 5* Mythic banners. Neither was  an upgrade but RNG is RNG.

Yeah, for tournament stuff I'll do 20 for sure, but for general farming purposes maybe 23. Tbh I pushed a bit more, and I can beat Hard mode stage 1, but it's not 100%. My Korugar, who is weak affinity against that stage bites the dust in the 2nd wave, if my MM isn't stunning enough guys. Well, I'm still in a better spot then a few days ago, so I'm not compaining. The big change I think will be when I can finally bring down Teo's A2 and A3 to 3 turns, cause those are the only books he still needs. That will 3 turn poison activation will make the difference both in run time and how reliable the runs will be
