Nekmo.

Nekmo is that good, is he? I saw he had amazing review scores in game but wasn't sure why. Is it just that he's good for speeding up runs or simply a great champion in himself?

 I'd take the review scores in game with a "grain of salt". Sometimes I think people just go in and put random
ratings champions. If there are 15K ratings, then it may be fairly accurate but not always. Also, there's no real "context" in the in-game rating system. 

For example, I think Zavia is an amazing champion. I'd rank her a 5 for a lot of content... but only because I can team her with champions such as Dracomorph and Kalvalax. If you don't have those strong poison champions, then she may only rank a 2 or 3 for your account. 

I normally go to Hell Hades then cross reference his ranking with the ranking on AyumiLove. If it is a champion that I'm looking to fully book, I even do a search on YouTube for a review from some of the content creators there.  

Doing this will also give you some pointers on gearing, masteries, and team compositions beyond just the "4.7 in Fire Knight."  

He is great.  I really only use in NM hydra, but is probably the only one on team that isn't replaceable... so I have no clue how he fits into your regular teams, but I also am pretty sure I have done the Faction only clan quest or faction tournament for every dungeon with him as lead....

Speed up. Speed down. Leech. Atk down. Extra turns. What more could you ask for? Oh wait. He also does tm up and has one of the best passives in the game. AND he has a great aura.

Ps - with nekmo you effectively have no reason at all to need arbiter anywhere.

Ok, best suggested artifact set(s) for Nekmo? 

At the moment I have him on Perception/Accuracy, but I can upgrade this during the free removal event to Stun/Accuracy or Relentless/Accuracy while keeping stats strong and his accuracy 250+.

At the moment I'm trying him everywhere in PvE except Demon Lord.

I'm leaning toward Stun on the grounds that there's only so many times Nekmo can speed allies so Relentless might be less efficent there, plus extra debuffs on enemies is never a bad thing - especially if I'm expecting to try out Supreme Elhain with him in DT in a couple of weeks.

I wouldn't bother with stun. It isn't useless, but I think other people will make better use of it.

Relentless is good, but you can more or less weigh its value by comparing it to the speed you'd otherwise be giving up.

Focus on the stats. You want him *fast*. 270 speed minimum.

It sounds like a great aspiration, but I'm only early game - not even got Dark Elhain yet - I can give Nekmo either accuracy or speed, not both, and not much of the latter. :)
