Currently, there is a 10x chance event to get Marichka the Unbreakable from void shards. The chance of getting any legendary is 0.5% from a void shard according to the in-game info.
Does that mean there is a 5% chance of getting Marichka the Unbreakable, that there is a 10x chance of getting Marichka the Unbreakable if you get a legendary (still 0.5% chance), or something else?

imagine a pool with all the void legendaries, but during a 10x, you put 9more from that specific champion into that pool. To pull from that pool is still 0.5%.
the later...you stil have very bad chances to get a legendary at all.
IF you get a void legendary during this time, your chances to get Marichka are increased (not really by 10).
How it works: Let's take some even numbers to make it clear.
Normally you should have a chance to get Marichka by dividing the numbers of legendary void champs in the game.
Let's just assume we have 50 void legendaries in the game than you should have a 2 % chance to get Marichka if you get a legendary (see above).
The x10 chances does mean that 9 versions of Marichka are added to the pool and now 10 out of 59 void leggos would be a Marichka. Now instead of a 2% chance to get Marichka, you have an about 17% chance to ger Marichka...so it is not really a x10 but describes the higher chances to get her out of the pool IF you get a legendary
Long story short...
Don't expect to pull Marichka (or really any void lego unless you are close to mercy).
I pulled some Voids for the CvC. I pulled Sir Nicholas. Once I got the Lego.. I stopped pulling shards.
10x events look orientated toward late game players with lots of extra shards they aren't using (commonly in the 100's) who are looking to add specific champions to their comps. If they succeed with the 10x event it is simply because they are have so many shards they could use. For most other players better to wait for the 2x event weekends, which are every 2 weeks (6 weeks for a specific shard type).
