As a means of dealing damage, it's great.
What's not great is that it is on a 4 turn cooldown, it doesn't get reset by Aniri's revive, and Sand Devil's Decrease Speed can screw up your speed tuning.
In other words, stick to skill based damage for that strat.

Unless something new has changed, Brimstone works quite well for Sand Devil with the Aniri strat. I used it to get to stage 20 without any real effort, and once I finish getting some better regen gear, I should easily get to 23.

Maybe it's bugging after the rework, but right now, it misses anywhere from 75% to 95% of the time even being at 6*. No weak hits, it just doesn't place, and my best guess is because of the cooldown, which was absent from the graphics that came with the rework.

Wait until the hotfix comes out that is giving the free blessing reset. It should fix some of these issues too.

Will do. It would make more sense if it triggered the cooldown when the debuff is placed rather than when it is "attempted". But let's wait and see, I guess.

Still seems to be messing up, could you check if that works as intended? Sand Devil is a unique case since he is immune to debuffs most of the time, but just in general, for a debuff that gets placed on any attack, wouldn't it make sense to tie cooldown to when it actually lands as opposed to being "attempted"?
